A national hospitality management company wanted to move past AI hype and learn what generative AI could actually do for their properties. We designed and ran a pilot on two fronts at once: automating the administrative load that pulls hotel and restaurant managers off the floor, and structured ideation on new, AI-enabled guest moments.

Outcome: managers reclaimed time from admin to spend with guests, and the operator left with a validated view of where AI investment would pay off next.
