Privacy policy

GuestEx — the hospitality AI practice of Banyan Business Outcomes — collects only the personal data you choose to give us, and we practice the data-governance posture we advise our clients to adopt.

What we collect

• Analytics. We use privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics to understand which pages are read. It does not track you across sites and collects no personally identifying information.
• Newsletter. If you subscribe, we store your email address with our email service provider to send occasional essays. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and we use double opt-in to confirm consent.
• Contact form. If you send a note, we receive the details you provide (such as your name, email, company, role, and your message) so we can reply. The submission is delivered to us by email; we do not store it in a database.

How we use it

To reply to your inquiry, to send the newsletter you asked for, and to understand aggregate readership. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it except with the service providers needed to deliver these functions.

Retention & your rights

We keep contact and subscriber data only as long as needed for the purpose you gave it. You can unsubscribe at any time, and you can ask us to delete your data by emailing steven.nichols@banyanoutcomes.com.
